At Stitch By Salma, we want you to love what you wear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
No Refunds
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchases, in-store or online.
Eligibility for Exchange
- Items must be exchanged within 3 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unscented, unaltered, and in original condition with all original tags attached.
- A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items
- The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Accessories
- Unstitched suits with missing parts
- Unstitched clothes that have been stitched
- Items on sale, promotion, or clearance are non-exchangeable and non-refundable under any circumstances. These are marked as final sale at the time of purchase and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the item requested for exchange is out of stock, you may choose another item of equal value or receive store credit.
- Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
Online Purchases
- For online orders, please contact our customer service at +974-30980777 before returning an item.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Online purchases will be processed in-store for exchanges or store credit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you received a faulty or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
- Any claims after 48 hours of delivery are considered invalid.
Store Rights
- Stitch By Salma reserves the right to:
- Refuse a return or exchange if items do not meet the above conditions.
- Modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
