Exchange & Refund Policy


At Stitch By Salma, we want you to love what you wear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Eligibility for Exchange or Refund

  • Items must be returned within 3 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unscented, unaltered, and in original condition with all original tags attached.
  • receipt or valid proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items are not eligible for exchange or refund:
    • Accessories
    • Unstitched suits with missing parts
    • Unstitched clothes that have been stitched
    • Items on sale, promotion, or clearance are non-exchangeable and non-refundable under any circumstances. These are marked as final sale at the time of purchase and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued in cash only for in-store purchases.
  • For online purchases, refunds will be processed in-store.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the item requested for exchange is out of stock, you may choose another item of equal value or receive store credit.
  • Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

Online Purchases

  • For online orders, please contact our customer service at +974-30980777 before returning an item.
  •  ​Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you received a faulty or incorrect item:
    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
    • We will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
    • Any claims after 48 hours of delivery are considered invalid.

Store Rights

  • Stitch By Salma reserves the right to:
    • Refuse a return or exchange if items do not meet the above conditions.
    • Modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
